Self-hosting

Hi!

Not sure exactly how, but I came across hyperdraft and it piqued my interest. It reminded me of https://cowyo.com/ and https://rwtxt.com/. However, it’s a little more useful (imo) than those. ikiwiki was a favourite of mine for a long time, it still is a favourite but I’ve not used it in a long time.

Currently I use tiddlywiki to manage the content I have in mind for hyperdraft, but it can be confusing for others and I haven’t found a nice way to manage private/public notes in one system. It’s possible but not as effortless as hyperdraft.

My natural reaction is to want to host it myself - even though I see it’s storing my data on another platform (and therefore not relying on your hosting) - and because it looks like there’s a 100 page limit, but still figuring that out from the documentation.

Just wanted to stop by and say hello and thanks for making and sharing hyperdraft.

hello and welcome

interesting projects, i think i only heard of ikiwiki.

i can’t really help with self-hosting but feel free to explore with the source code:
